We’ll cover commercials, promos, documentaries, animations, video games and industrials. Get to know Union and Non-Union work. This will enable you to choose the path for your voice over career.
Find Your Authentic Voice
Learn to read scripts with authenticity. Understand delivery and emotional storytelling. Identify different types of spots, and what voice over style best matches overall messaging.
Voice Over Techniques
Practice vocal variety - Pitch, Pacing, Value and Volume. Identify when and where to employ these elements. Record in our studio learning mic and headphone techniques. Become a better "cold" reader.
Free Evaluation And Guidance
Our coach will conduct a one-on-one evaluation to explore your potential as a voice over professional. Expect a candid, objective review. You’ll get specific direction for next steps in your voice over career.
Class Notes: Participants MUST have a stable internet connection and a working camera on their device to attend class remotely.
Michael George has literally “done it all” when it comes to voice over. Having founded CMD in 1998, he has been an engineer, mixer, producer, director, casting professional, voice actor and of course a teacher. Michael's unique background allows him to approach the craft of voice acting with a more holistic sensibility. He believes the most important role of a voice over teacher is to help actors find their most authentic voice. Michael's voice has been heard all over the world - his credits include Evian, Kia, Hilton, Dannon, Coca Cola, Disney, Motorola, The NBA, KRAFT and Citibank.

No refund will be given if you cancel within 48 hours of a class or do not show up.
50% refund will be given if you reschedule within 48 hours of a class.
We reserve the right to cancel a class if fewer than the minimum number of students enroll.
